DMAIC includes:

Measure the process to determine current performance
Analyze and determine the root cause(s) of the defects
Improve the process by eliminating defects
Control future process performance
ADKAR includes 5 change phases: Measuring Awareness, Desire for change, Knowledge how to change, ability and skills and reinforcement after the change have been implemented.
